Educational website + Custom WordPress theme

This is an educational website for engineers, created for a large IT company in eastern Europe. 

A custom WordPress theme was created especially for the site, the theme has many features such as: 

• 19 custom Gutenberg editor blocks
• About 20 templates for pages and custom post types
• Fully mobile responsive
• AJAX functionality for loading and filtering content on pages
• Detailed and rich controls for each page/section on page editing screen
• Theme Options page in the backend for global settings

The design for the theme in Figma was created by the company's designers, I was only responsible for converting this design into code, setting up the site and plugins for it.  After the first version of the site (and its theme) was completed, my role was to extend its functionality and content creation capabilities for site editors, and also to maintain it (which I did for almost 2 years).
